Zoodad
Pic 1 is when I drilled a pilot whole to see what I was up against. Pic 2 is after I cut the whole out with a small circular saw. Pic 3 is top view from under the plastic shield at the top of the motor. Pic 4 is the piece I cut out. The sensor looking thing from the front is a sensor or something. I am researching what it is.

Mileage Info
The mileage report is an Excel spread sheet. I update it weekly. If you have any suggestions let me know. My normal driving is 24 miles to work. 19 of which are freeway, 75mph depending on traffic. I usually keep it around 10psi of boost pulling on the freeway, not to crazy unless I need to get up quick. Other wise normal driving. I do get on it when I want to. When it has the 100hp setting from the programmer it is hard not to get on it. :)
Issues
One month after delivery it was flashed. 2500 miles. (Oct 04)
EGR cooler was replaced. 11,500 miles. (Apr 05)
Thermostat replacement 13,500. (June 05)
Sunroof inside molding, pulling off. (June 05)
Replaced the head gaskets. (July 05)
Replaced Factory F350 badges, black paint peeled off. (Aug 05)
Recall Jan 06 for EGR/Smog/Coolant bottle
Notes
If I had to do some things over again, I would.
- Alluminum rims instead of chrome .
- Maybe 18 inch rims instead of 20 (Maybe try Harley Rims instead).
- F250 instead since once you lift it, the difference is gone.
- I would like to get a bigger tank, 60 gallon upgrade, $700 or so.
- Ford should have kept the perfed seats.
- You should be able to shut off all inside lights when doors open.
